Setting up the CRM integration
Connect Revial to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics so customer data flows both ways.
The CRM integration lets Revial fetch and update customer data automatically from your CRM. With it in place, meeting preparation, notes and customer details move seamlessly between Revial and the CRM.
CRM integrations are managed under Settings → Organisation → CRM integrations. Setting up a new one always starts from that tab, which lists every CRM Revial supports along with the settings needed to connect it.
Only an organisation admin or owner can set up a CRM integration.
Supported CRM systems
Revial supports several widely used CRM systems, and new integrations are added continually. If your organisation's CRM isn't on the list yet, contact Revial support at support@revial.ai — we develop new integrations actively, based on what customers need.
Connect your CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce can be connected in a few clicks. Choose the CRM, select Connect, and sign in with that system's credentials. Revial then establishes the connection to your organisation's CRM environment.
The integration is set up once for the organisation, after which every user benefits from it.
Use an integration user
The integration is always established with one CRM user's credentials. Many organisations use a dedicated integration user for this — a service account intended only for system-to-system integrations. That makes permissions easier to manage and keeps the integration independent of any individual's account.
In smaller organisations the integration is often set up with the sales director's or another responsible person's account.
Microsoft Dynamics
Setting up Microsoft Dynamics differs slightly from the others. There are two ways to do it:
- signing in to Dynamics with an integration user's credentials
- using a Microsoft Entra service account and app registration
The first option asks for your organisation's Dynamics environment URL and then signs you in through Microsoft. Larger organisations often prefer the service account approach, which allows centralised and more secure permission management.
Creating a Teams chat with Revial support
Add Revial to a Microsoft Teams group chat as an external guest, including the external-access check your IT administrator may need to run first.
