CRM integration settings
Control how meeting data reaches your CRM — sync, note templates, deal creation and field mapping.
CRM settings determine how Revial moves the information gathered from customer meetings into your CRM. This is where you manage automatic sync, the structure of meeting notes, deal creation and CRM field mapping.
You'll find them under Settings → Organisation → CRM settings.
Automatic sync
You can turn CRM sync on or off with a single setting. With automatic sync enabled, Revial sends meeting notes and other configured data to the CRM with no manual steps.
The available settings vary slightly between CRM systems.
Where meeting notes are stored
Choose which CRM record meeting notes are saved to by default. In HubSpot, for example:
- contact
- company
- deal
This puts the information from meetings exactly where your organisation actually uses it.
Note language
Notes sent to the CRM can be in the language you choose. You can either:
- pick one fixed language
- use automatic language detection
In automatic mode Revial sends notes in the language the meeting was held in. If you need support for a new language, or organisation-specific language settings, contact Revial support.
Edit the note template
You can build your own meeting note template for the organisation, combining:
- Revial's standard fields
- custom extraction fields
- your own static content
Variables are inserted through a picker rather than typed, so everything is formatted correctly with no typos.
Automate deal creation
Revial can create new deals in the CRM automatically, based on meetings. You can configure:
- whether a deal is created automatically
- whether approval is required first
- the deal naming convention
- the default pipeline
- the default stage
- how duplicate deals are handled
You can also direct the AI to create deals only from certain kinds of meeting — customer meetings, say, or conversations where a particular product category comes up.
Map Revial data to CRM fields
Field mapping is one of the most useful things here. You decide which CRM field each piece of information Revial collects is saved to. For example:
- the number of sellers in the organisation
- the customer's industry
- the product category of interest
- the decision-maker
- any other custom field
all land in exactly the right CRM fields automatically.
Getting more out of CRM data
Once the data is in the CRM in a structured form, the CRM's own features can use it. You can:
- build customer lists on specific criteria
- trigger automations
- target marketing
- create reports
- segment customers
Because the data comes out of customer conversations automatically, the CRM stays current without extra work for sellers.
The approval queue
If your organisation requires approval before new deals are created, every automatically identified deal appears in the approval queue. An admin reviews and approves them there before they are created in the CRM.
