Starting an in-person meeting from the home page
Record a face-to-face meeting with your device microphone and get the same analysis as a remote one.
Revial works in face-to-face meetings too. You can record one directly with your computer's microphone and get the same analysis, summaries and materials you get from remote meetings.
Start recording
Start an in-person meeting from the Revial home page by selecting Record with device microphone. Before recording begins, set the basics:
- the company name
- the meeting type
- the playbook to use
Then select Start recording.
Allow microphone access
The first time you do this, your browser asks permission to use the microphone. Accept it, or Revial cannot capture the conversation.
Record the meeting
While recording, Revial captures the conversation through your device microphone. When the meeting ends:
- stop the recording
- select Continue to transcription
Revial then transcribes and analyses the conversation.
You get the same analysis as a remote meeting
Once transcription finishes, Revial produces the same materials as it does for remote meetings:
- the meeting summary
- next steps
- coaching analysis
- AI chat
- content templates
- any other analyses your organisation uses
Every customer conversation is documented the same way, whether it happened remotely or in person.
Recording stops automatically
In-person recordings stop after 60 minutes by default. The timeout is there to stop a recording running on by accident after the meeting has ended.
You can change the maximum length in your organisation settings — useful if your customer meetings routinely run longer.
Starting an online meeting from the home page
Bring Revial into a remote meeting manually when there is no calendar invite.
