Content templates
Automate the recurring emails, summaries and analyses produced after every meeting.
Content templates automate the material you produce after every customer meeting. Instead of writing the same emails, summaries or analyses each time, Revial generates them from the content of the meeting.
You'll find them under Settings → Organisation → Content templates.
Two kinds of template
Revial has two template types:
- static content templates
- AI prompt templates
Static content templates
A static template is a ready-made document or message that Revial fills in with the meeting's details. You might create:
- a thank-you message to the customer
- a meeting summary
- minutes
- a project kick-off document
- an internal report
Templates can include dynamic variables such as:
- the customer's name
- the company name
- the main points of the meeting
- the challenges identified
- the next steps agreed
- the date of the next meeting
After each meeting, Revial fills these in with the right values automatically.
AI prompt templates
AI prompt templates are ready-made questions users can run with one click. You might create a prompt asking Revial to:
- summarise the meeting
- write a message to the customer
- identify the main objections
- suggest next steps
- analyse what went well and what to improve
Users no longer retype the same prompts every time.
Choose where a template appears
Prompt templates can be scoped to where they're available:
- in a single meeting's chat
- in the analytics chat
- in both
Which one depends on what the template does.
A single meeting's chat suits writing emails, meeting summaries, follow-up messages and customer-specific analysis.
The analytics chat suits looking across several meetings at once — asking Revial to identify the most common objections in recent meetings, compare accounts, find recurring customer needs, or summarise the whole sales team's conversations.
Test before releasing
You can build templates without exposing them to users. The Enabled setting controls whether a template is active in the organisation, so new ones can be tested and finished before anyone else sees them.
