The meeting analysis view

Everything from one meeting in one place — AI analysis, summary, next steps, chat and materials.

The meeting page holds the AI analysis, the summary, next steps, the chat and every material related to the meeting, in one place. Open it from Meetings by selecting the meeting you want.

Send the data to your CRM

If your organisation has a CRM integration, you can send a meeting's data to the CRM manually. That's useful when automatic sync is off, or when you want to check the data before it goes.

Change the playbook

If a meeting was analysed with the wrong playbook, you can change it afterwards. Revial re-analyses the meeting and updates every summary and recommendation to match the new playbook.

Mark it as a Customer Success meeting

You can change a meeting to a Customer Success meeting. Revial usually identifies the meeting type automatically, but the setting can be corrected by hand when the detection doesn't match reality.

Edit the meeting details

You can update the basics:

  • the title
  • the owner
  • other details related to the meeting

Changes are saved directly to the meeting.

Discuss the meeting with the AI

Every meeting has its own chat, drawing on:

  • the meeting transcript
  • the organisation's playbook
  • customer data related to the meeting

Ask questions freely, or use ready-made AI prompt templates. You might ask Revial to write a follow-up email, analyse the customer's objections, suggest next steps, or identify sales opportunities.

Chat responses can be rated with a thumbs up or down, or copied straight into other systems.

Use your own AI prompt templates

If your organisation asks the same questions repeatedly, create prompt templates for them. They appear in the meeting chat one click away, so nobody retypes the same prompts for every meeting.

Check the meeting stage

Revial estimates automatically where the customer relationship stands, based on:

  • CRM data
  • previous meetings
  • the content of this meeting

Read the summary

The summary collects the meeting's most important findings in a readable form:

  • the customer's main challenges
  • solutions matched to them from the playbook
  • the next steps agreed

It lets you prepare for the next customer conversation quickly, without going through the whole discussion again.

Use content templates

A meeting can use your organisation's content templates to produce follow-up emails, meeting summaries, minutes and other ready documents. Revial fills them in with the meeting's details automatically, so the content is ready in seconds.

Watch the recording

If your organisation uses video recording, you can watch the meeting recording in the meeting view. If it isn't available, it can be enabled in organisation settings depending on your licence tier — contact Revial support for details.
